Having known Jock and played with him and Graham and others as Faer Company and at numerous sessions and festivals I know he would be pleased YET embarrased by all the kind words, platitudes and respect being paid to him at this sad time. It is I am sure a passing that will affect us all in many different ways.
Kilkenny Ireland, The KESH and 10p Bit will NEVER sound the same without Jock's hard driving whistle playing or his harmonies and melodies.
I consider myself fortunate to have known Jock and for the last 15 years or so and been part of his music and his life.
